Phase 1 Construction to Begin

We are pleased to announce the construction at 505 S. Alfred St., also known as Heritage at Old Town – Block 4 is moving forward. This building will include 310 apartment homes with more than 14,000 square feet of amenity space. Construction is anticipated to begin in Q2 2025 and continue through Q3 2027.

Work on the site will be confined via a locked fence and monitored 24 hours/7 days a week. Construction hours are from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday with Saturday exterior work beginning after 9 a.m.
