April 2023 Update

The development team started site abatement and limited archeological investigations in September 2022 and completed these activities in February 2023.

Construction has been paused due to economic market impacts and ongoing permitting review.

The goal is to restart construction in August 2023 with utility work and dewatering followed by demolition of the buildings in November.
